🚚 นโยบายการจัดส่ง (Shipping Policy)

ปรับใช้กับร้านค้าอย่างเป็นทางการของ Pollitin Official

1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป (General Information)


คำสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดจะได้รับการดำเนินการภายใน 1–3 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินเรียบร้อย (ไม่รวมวันหยุดเสาร์–อาทิตย์และวันนักขัตฤกษ์)
หากคำสั่งซื้อเกิดขึ้นในช่วงวันหยุด การจัดส่งจะเริ่มในวันทำการถัดไป


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง (Delivery Timeframe)


ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งอาจแตกต่างกันไปตามพื้นที่และผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง โดยปกติใช้เวลา

  • ภายในประเทศ (ประเทศไทย): 2–5 วันทำการ

  • ระหว่างประเทศ: 7–21 วันทำการ (ขึ้นอยู่กับศุลกากรและสายการบิน)
    หมายเหตุ: ระยะเวลาที่ระบุเป็นเพียงการประมาณการเท่านั้น บริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันวันส่งมอบที่แน่นอนได้


Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier:

  • Domestic (Thailand): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and air transport)
    Note: These timeframes are estimates only; Pollitin Official cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. ค่าจัดส่ง (Shipping Fees)


ค่าจัดส่งจะถูกคำนวณและแสดงก่อนชำระเงิน ทั้งนี้อาจแตกต่างกันตามน้ำหนักสินค้า ปลายทาง และโปรโมชั่นที่กำหนดไว้ในขณะนั้น
จัดส่งฟรี เมื่อยอดสั่งซื้อถึงตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด


Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates may vary depending on product weight, destination, and active promotions.
Free shipping applies to orders that meet the qualifying purchase threshold as specified by Pollitin Official.

4. การติดตามสถานะพัสดุ (Order Tracking)


เมื่อคำสั่งซื้อถูกจัดส่งแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับ หมายเลขติดตาม (Tracking Number) ทางอีเมลหรือข้อความ SMS เพื่อใช้ตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่งผ่านเว็บไซต์ของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. ความล่าช้าในการจัดส่ง (Delays)


บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าที่เกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง เหตุสุดวิสัย สภาพอากาศ ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือขั้นตอนศุลกากร ทั้งนี้บริษัทจะพยายามให้ความช่วยเหลือในการติดตามสถานะพัสดุอย่างเต็มที่


Pollitin Official is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in tracking delayed shipments.

6. ความเสียหายหรือสูญหายของสินค้า (Damaged or Lost Packages)


หากพัสดุของท่านได้รับความเสียหายหรือสูญหายระหว่างการจัดส่ง กรุณาแจ้งทีมบริการลูกค้าภายใน 3 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับสินค้า (หรือหลังจากวันที่สถานะพัสดุแสดงว่าส่งถึงปลายทาง) พร้อมหลักฐานรูปถ่ายหรือเอกสารจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง บริษัทจะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสม


If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of delivery (or from the date the carrier marks it as delivered) and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos or carrier documentation). We will investigate and take appropriate action.

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อยู่จัดส่ง (Address Changes)


หากต้องการเปลี่ยนที่อยู่จัดส่ง กรุณาแจ้งก่อนคำสั่งซื้อถูกจัดส่ง บริษัทไม่สามารถรับประกันการเปลี่ยนแปลงหลังจากพัสดุถูกส่งมอบให้ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งแล้ว


If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us before the order is shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

8. การจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ (International Shipping)


คำสั่งซื้อที่ส่งไปต่างประเทศอาจมีค่าภาษีอากรหรือค่าธรรมเนียมศุลกากรเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้รับสินค้า บริษัทไม่สามารถควบคุมหรือคาดการณ์ค่าธรรมเนียมดังกล่าวได้


International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Pollitin Official has no control over or ability to predict these charges.
